Job description

We are urgently hiring for HR Officer with the following responsibilities and qualifications below. OnsiteWork Assignment in Quezon City:

Key Partners: Samsung, Apple, Epson, Harman, Vimar

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.

- Manage employee relations, address concerns, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

- Lead performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and development plans.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as needed.

- Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.

- Administer employee benefits programs and work with external vendors as needed.

- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.

- Maintain accurate HR records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years working experience in HR Leadership role. Previous work experience in leading an HR Team.

- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
