Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage the end-to-end hiring process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Employee Relations – Address employee concerns, resolve workplace conflicts, and foster a positive company culture.
  • Performance Management – Develop and implement performance evaluation systems, set goals, and provide feedback.
  • Compliance & HR Policies – Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Payroll & Compensation Support – Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate salary payments.
  • Employee Benefits Administration – Manage health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.
  • HR Database & Records – Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Training & Development – Support employee growth through training programs and career development initiatives.
  • Timekeeping & Agency Coordination – Monitor employee time records and liaise with external agencies for HR-related processes.
