A leading retail company is seeking an HR Officer in Puerto Princesa, Philippines. The role involves ensuring the effective implementation of HR processes, including recruitment, compensation, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of generalist HR experience, with a strong background in writing policies and procedures. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is required.
The HR Officer implements and otherwise ensures proper implementation within the mall or branch level, all processes and procedures derived from policies and guidelines, plans and programs, as well as, enunciated strategic directions that impact on Human Resource administration and operations within the areas of recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, personnel and labor relations, organizational development, training, performance management and other related human resource functions in order to provide and achieve appropriate and productive working relationships among management and its employees within the mall.
