Job Summary:
The HR Officer will be responsible for managing key functions of the HR Department, focusing on Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation & Benefits. This role ensures effective HR operations, regulatory compliance, and support for employee engagement and welfare. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.
Serve as the point of contact for labor-related concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Assist in employee investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
Maintain updated labor records and case documentation.
Coordinate with legal counsel when necessary on labor-related matters.
Support in union negotiations or employee dialogues when applicable.
Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
Post job advertisements on appropriate platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
Conduct background checks and prepare job offer documentation.
Support new hires during orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits enrollment, and government-mandated contributions.
Maintain accurate employee compensation records and ensure timely processing of changes.
Support compensation benchmarking and benefits analysis.
Handle queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.
