Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, HR management, and talent development. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to attract, retain, and develop top talent within FL and our portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Hiring:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.

HR Management:

  • Handle day-to-day HR matters, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Talent Development:

  • Design and implement training programs to upskill and develop team members.
  • Identify learning and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with business managers.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.

Employee Engagement:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, recruitment, and talent development, preferably in the learning and talent development department.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
