Job summary

A staffing solutions company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least 3 years as an HR Manager in a BPO. Responsibilities include talent acquisition and managing employee relations. This role operates on a night shift schedule.

Overview

Work Setup: On-site in Ortigas, Pasig. Schedule: Nightshift Schedule.

Must Haves
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, BA, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an HR Manager in a BPO setup
  • Must have experience with end-to-end talent acquisition for both Volume and Support Leadership for BPO roles
  • Champion in Employee Relations (ER), Employee Engagement (EE), and Compensation and Benefits (Comp & Ben)
Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with HR software, payroll systems, and digital HR tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Preferably available to start immediately.
