A leading bioscience company in Metro Manila seeks an experienced HR Manager to develop strategies supporting business objectives and drive talent acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws, promote employee engagement, and oversee performance management processes. Strong HR experience and knowledge of Philippine regulations are essential for this role.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives, workforce growth, and operational efficiency
Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation efforts
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for key roles, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring
Build talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives to attract top local and regional talent
Design and implement onboarding, training, and development programs to support employee growth
Champion a high-performance culture aligned with company values
Develop and execute employee engagement, recognition, and wellness programs
Monitor employee morale and retention; act proactively on feedback and insights
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, government regulations (e.g., DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth), and company policies
Manage payroll processing in coordination with Finance and external providers
Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and standard operating procedures
Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary actions with fairness and consistency
Drive performance appraisal processes and support a merit-based culture
Oversee compensation and benefits benchmarking and administration
Use HR analytics to inform decision-making and report on key people metrics
