Strategic Leadership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives, workforce growth, and operational efficiency

  • Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation efforts

Talent Acquisition & Development
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for key roles, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring

  • Build talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives to attract top local and regional talent

  • Design and implement onboarding, training, and development programs to support employee growth

Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Champion a high-performance culture aligned with company values

  • Develop and execute employee engagement, recognition, and wellness programs

  • Monitor employee morale and retention; act proactively on feedback and insights

HR Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, government regulations (e.g., DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth), and company policies

  • Manage payroll processing in coordination with Finance and external providers

  • Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and standard operating procedures

  • Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary actions with fairness and consistency

Performance Management & Compensation
  • Drive performance appraisal processes and support a merit-based culture

  • Oversee compensation and benefits benchmarking and administration

  • Use HR analytics to inform decision-making and report on key people metrics
