Rk Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, compliance, and training responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in HR management and a strong understanding of labor laws. This role is crucial in maintaining a compliant and effective workforce.
HR Manager Responsibilities:
Ensuring employees follow all policies and procedures
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Create basic safety policies and procedures for the benefit of the company.
Overseeing the recruitment, application, hiring, and onboarding processes of new employees.
Planning and delegating responsibilities for company events.
Deciding the course of action and disciplinary measures for employee incidents.
Creating an assessment, retention and benefits criteria for evaluating employees.
Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
Reviews and ensures compliance with labor laws and other relevant government policies and requirements.
Perform any tasks from top management from time to time, even haven’t capture above mentioned jobs descriptions.
HR Manager Requirements:
Willing work at Makiling.
Atleast 5 years of working experience as HR Manager
Expertise in Labor Law and regulation is an advantage
