Job summary

Valeo Sistemas Electricos SA de CV is seeking an HR Intern (Practicante Recursos Humanos) to support our HR department in daily operations and projects in a dynamic industrial environment.

Key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, HR data upkeep, and coordination of training and engagement activities, while working with both Spanish and English speakers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
• Support coordination of training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing and data entry.
• Assist with compliance-related tasks and HR policy implementation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
