Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• A proactive and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and selection including posting ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
• Support employee engagement events and wellness programs.
• Maintain HR documents, records, and personnel files.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct basic research on HR trends and labor regulations in the Philippines.
• Collaborate with HR team on projects and initiatives.
• Provide support in handling employee inquiries about HR policies.
