Key Responsibilities

• Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate hiring efforts for plant roles, including job postings, interviews, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding processes.
• Timekeeping & Attendance: Monitor employee attendance, manage timekeeping systems, and support payroll processing in coordination with Finance.
• Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across all shifts and departments.
• Training & Development: Organize and track mandatory training sessions (e.g., safety, compliance) and support employee development initiatives.
• Health & Safety Support: Collaborate with the EHS team to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, update HRIS, and prepare reports as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
