Responsibilities
  • Compliance with PH labor law and DOLE requirements.
  • Payroll coordination, statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, taxes).
  • Employee records, contracts, onboarding, offboarding.
  • Benefits administration (HMO, insurance).
  • Recruitment support and onboarding.
  • Draft and implement HR policies, handbook, and appraisal process.
  • Employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Engagement and training initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (inclusive of 1 hour break); Open for a Hybrid Arrangement
  • Location: Makati City
