As an HR Generalist, you'll play a vital role in supporting employees, guiding management, and ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations. From recruitment to engagement, and conflict resolution to compliance, you’ll be part of everything that keeps our workplace running smoothly — and happily.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Admin, or related field
Experience:
At least 1 year in an HR Generalist or similar all-around HR role
Strong Communicator:
You’re confident, empathetic, and can speak clearly and professionally with people from all walks of life
HR Expertise:
Skilled in recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and policy management
Labor Law Knowledge:
Familiar with DOLE standards and compliant HR practices
Conflict Resolution:
Level-headed, diplomatic, and confidential when resolving disputes
People-Centered:
Emotionally intelligent and approachable, yet professional
Calm Under Pressure:
Able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines without losing your cool
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using HRIS, Google Workspace, and basic digital HR tools
Your Role Will Include:
Being the go-to person for employee inquiries and concerns
Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Leading employee orientations and promoting company culture
Overseeing attendance tracking and payroll coordination
Developing and implementing HR policies aligned with labor laws
Organizing employee engagement and wellness activities
Handling workplace issues with fairness, neutrality, and confidentiality
Supporting performance reviews and continuous feedback systems
Keeping employee records and compliance files up to date
Supporting administrative tasks and documentation
