HR & FINANCE OFFICER
Location: Iloilo City | On-site | Full-time

Grow Forward JP Inc. is in search of a detail-oriented and dependable HR & Finance Officer to handle administrative support while handling in finance-related functions. This dual-role position is essential in ensuring smooth coordination between operations and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor financial performance against established budgets.

  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.

  • Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  • Coordinate logistics for company events.

  • Process and maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.

  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs.

  • Assist in preparing financial forecasts, analyzing variances, and identifying trends.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and labor laws.

  • Supervise office maintenance including liaising with vendors and service providers.

  • Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
