Grow Forward JP Inc. is in search of a detail-oriented and dependable HR & Finance Officer to handle administrative support while handling in finance-related functions. This dual-role position is essential in ensuring smooth coordination between operations and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in budget preparation and monitor financial performance against established budgets.
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Coordinate logistics for company events.
Process and maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
Assist in administering employee benefits programs.
Assist in preparing financial forecasts, analyzing variances, and identifying trends.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and labor laws.
Supervise office maintenance including liaising with vendors and service providers.
Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, Business Admin, or any 4-year related course
