About the Role:

A global law firm in Makati is on the lookout for HR Continuous Improvement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations and shared services, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, leveraging data and feedback to implement process enhancements.
  • Monitor and manage key performance metrics including SLA adherence, turnaround times, and resolution quality.
  • Act as a process SME (Subject Matter Expert) and provide recommendations on HR operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) to deploy and improve workflows using tools like ServiceNow and Workday.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or Continuous Improvement roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and service delivery models.
  • Experience with HR platforms such as ServiceNow and Workday is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple HR-related projects from inception to implementation.
  • Strong grasp of process design, improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.), and metrics tracking.
