Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR professionalwho will be hired as an HR Consultant to provide comprehensive HR services and solutions to our diverse client base. As an HR Consultant, you will support clients across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, while handling administrative and clerical tasks. This role requires a highly skilled HR generalist with extensive experience, capable of delivering high-quality HR support to meet the specific needs of each client.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. HR Support for Clients: Provide end-to-end HR services, including advising clients on HR processes, policies, and best practices in areas like recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

  2. Administrative & Clerical Functions: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining accurate employee records, handling HR documentation, updating HRIS systems, and preparing HR-related reports for clients.

  3. Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for client companies, including facilitating onboarding to ensure smooth integration for new employees.

  4. Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing HR queries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and compliant work environment.

  5. Performance Management: Support the development and implementation of performance management systems, including performance reviews, feedback processes, and employee development plans.

  6. Compensation & Benefits Administration: Assist clients with payroll, benefits, and compliance-related tasks to ensure that compensation and benefits are properly administered and aligned with company policies and legal requirements.

  7. HR Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that client organizations remain compliant with employment laws and industry regulations, preparing regular compliance reports and making recommendations for improvement.

  8. HR Projects & Initiatives: Lead or assist in the implementation of HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, HR process improvements, and organizational development strategies for clients.

Job-related Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • At least 5-8 years of experience as an HR generalist, with expertise in HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and HR administration. Must have experience in monthly and annual DOLE reports submission.

  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices.

  • Must have strong knowledge in disciplinary proceedings and conflict resolution,

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and employees at all levels.

  • High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and deliver HR solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs.

  • Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role is a plus.

Work Set-up
- Onsite (Client & TiC Office in Makati)
- Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
