As the HR Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that the organization follows all compliance laws, external regulations, and government requirements (i.e. requirements by DOLE, PEZA, SSS, Pag-Ibig and Philhealth). You will also be responsible for ensuring that internal policies and procedures are met as well. This role is for someone who has a thorough understanding of compliance laws and stays up to date on all new government requirements. The person should have experience in regulatory reporting and compliance deliverables across various government agencies.
