Job summary
A technology services company in Laguna is seeking an HR Business Partner to manage recruitment, training, and performance for finance roles. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields, with 1-2 years of HRBP experience. Proficiency in Office, HR systems, and data analysis tools is crucial. Candidates must be bilingual in Chinese and English, willing to work on-site in Laguna Technopark.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Finance Department for staffing needs and recruitment.
- Organize monthly training sessions for finance staff.
- Maintain personnel files and process leave and transfers.
- Assist in performance management and recognition programs.
- Plan team-building activities and disseminate financial policies.

Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate with the Finance Department to identify staffing needs; recruit for positions such as Accountant and Tax Specialist via Jobstreet/Kalibrr; conduct initial interviews, handle salary negotiations, and process onboarding procedures.
- Training & Development: Gather skill requirements from the Finance Department (e.g., tax filing, financial system operation); organize monthly mini-training sessions (covering job-specific practical skills or professional knowledge); monitor training effectiveness and implement optimizations.
- Daily Management: Maintain personnel files for finance staff; process leave, job transfer, and resignation procedures (with a focus on ensuring compliance in data handover); update employee statuses (e.g., attendance/performance issues) and assist in resolving them.
- Performance Management & Recognition: Assist in rolling out KPI templates for finance roles (e.g., timely reporting rate for Accountants); train finance supervisors on using the system to input performance ratings; facilitate salary adjustment/promotion recommendations and annual recognition programs.
- Cultural Development: Plan monthly team-building activities for the finance team (e.g., financial knowledge competitions); design themes incorporating local festivals; disseminate headquarters’ financial policies and updates on Philippine tax regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 1-2 years in HRBP role (or 2-3 years in general HR modules + transition to HRBP); experience in industries such as internet, manufacturing, or retail is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Office (Excel/PPT) and HR systems (e.g., SAP, Beisen); basic ability to use data analysis tools (e.g., pivot tables, simple chart creation).
- Languages: Fluent in both Chinese and English (for communication).
