A global construction solutions provider is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in Metro Manila to provide support and guidance on HR policies and practices. In this role, you will manage local HR projects and assist in implementing global HR initiatives. What's the role? The purpose of this position is to partner with line management to provide general Human Resources (HR) related consultation, support, service, and guidance to Hilti employees and management groups. Key areas of responsibility include line management support/coaching, employee development, strategic recruiting, legal compliance, people development/succession planning, and organizational development in support of Hilti’s business objectives, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities.
The role involves managing and implementing local HR projects as well as assisting in Global HR initiatives. It also includes advising on HR policy and assisting with the implementation of HR procedures and processes. This role spans more than one functional specialization within HR.
