Where you come in
- You maintain employee data in Workday and downstream systems related to global benefits administration.
- You develop subject matter expertise in data entry, review, and audit procedures to uphold data governance and integrity standards.
- You perform Tier 1 benefits processes that support multiple countries across the globe.
- You monitor system queues for change requests (new hires, terminations, benefits updates) ensuring accuracy, validity, and proper documentation.
- You serve as the gatekeeper for employee changes, ensuring consistency and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- You develop and maintain standard documentation, including SOPs and internal knowledge base articles related to HRIS and HR processes.
- You respond to employee inquiries via phone, ticket, or email, delivering timely and courteous resolutions in line with SLAs and quality standards.
- You escalate complex inquiries to the HR Center of Excellence or HR Business Partners when needed, ensuring thorough initial research and prompt resolution.

- You are a fresh graduate or have up to 1–2 years of experience in HR administration.
- You bring a strong sense of accountability and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work.
- You have a natural curiosity and a mindset for continuous improvement, problem-solving, and learning.
- You demonstrate integrity and uphold compliance standards in every task you take on.
- You are comfortable working in a hybrid setup and are amenable to a Tuesday–Saturday shift from 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Your communication skills and attention to detail help you thrive in a global, fast-paced environment.

Experience and Education Requirements
- Typically requires a minimum of 2–4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
