Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants.
• Help maintain and update employee records and documents.
• Support in onboarding new hires and preparing necessary paperwork.
• Assist with attendance monitoring, leave tracking, and other HR-related reports.
• Help organize company events, trainings, and meetings.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations
• Assist in handling employee concerns and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Assist in government filing and compliance (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE).
