Job Description
  • Posting of company job hirings.
  • Interview and endorsement of qualified applicants to Department Head/ President and CEO.
  • Execution of Job Offer, pre-employment checklist of requirements, probationary and regularization contract.
  • Conducts new employee orientation and company work rules.
  • Coordination of trainee evaluation forms with mentors.
  • Maintaining of 201 records and database of active employees.
  • Issuance of memorandums.
  • Quarterly monitoring of tardiness.
  • Coordination of quarterly payment with HMO and annual payment of Life Insurance.
  • Other tasks will be discussed upon interview.
