Job description: As HMR Envirocycle's HR & Admin Generalist, your primary role is to assist the HR & Admin Supervisor in terms of talent acquisition, employee welfare, and compensation management while ensuring effective asset management and regulatory compliance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Selection (The right applicant at the right time)
Posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and onboarding new employees. - Employee Welfare and Development
Employee Morale: Hand-in-hand with the HR Supervisor and Managers; develops and administers programs and/or activities that promote a happy and productive workplace.
Training and Competence Development: Assist in the conduct of training programs by preparing logistical requirements and coordinating/liaising with respective trainers and participants.
Performance Management: Responsible for generating and endorsing appraisal forms to respective supervisors and managers, including tabulation/summarization of results. - Employee Discipline
Reporting to HRAD Supervisor the status of attendance and tardiness and issues corresponding notice.
As necessary and within the area of scope, attend to employee conflicts and facilitate investigations.
Participates in admin hearing and assists in the preparation of documents needed by the Legal department for DOLE hearings. - Compliance Monitoring
Helps the HR Supervisor assess compliance with both HR policies and ISO standards, implementing corrective actions when necessary. - Compensation & Benefits
Timekeeping & Payroll: Prepare timekeeping report for both semi-monthly and weekly-paid employees.
Benefits Administration: Communicates to all employees' company-initiated benefits program.
Submission and filing of mandatory report (SSS / Philhealth / Pag-ibig / BIR / DOLE)
Monitors timely provision and/or resolution of staff concerns on company-initiated benefits and/or government-mandated benefits, e.g. enrollment of newly regularized staff to HMO and Group Life Insurance. - Administrative
Oversees processing requirements of LGU, DOLE and other government agencies, including but not limited to application/renewal of business permits, Fire Certificate, etc.
Monitors accuracy and completeness of records of company assets/property and safekeeping of shadow file.
Coordinates all request for facilities repair and/or maintenance including endorsement of payment request of bills and utilities (telephone/mobile postpaid, electric and water consumption, garbage hauling, fuel consumption, supplies, etc). - Completed Staff Work
Documentation Control: Manage and maintain accurate documentation related to HR policies, procedures, and employee records, ensuring compliance with ISO documentation requirements.
Internal Audits and Assessments: Participate in internal audits to evaluate HR processes and compliance with ISO standards, identifying areas for improvement. - Others
Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate of any behavioral science course or a related field, with law units an advantage.
- With at least one (1) year's relevant work experience, preferably in the Human Resource and/or Admin Function.
- Knowledgeable and/or has exposure to ISO standards ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ ISO 27001/ Responsible Recycling (R2) a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
- Willing to work in Canlubang, Calamba.
