A leading company is seeking a highly motivated HR and Admin Manager to lead human resources and administrative functions. This role requires expertise in recruitment, compliance with Philippine labor laws, and a strong background in construction and engineering industries. We are looking for a highly motivated HR and Admin Manager to oversee and lead the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administrative functions. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can strategize, execute, and supervise HR operations in both office and field-based construction environments.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, and disciplinary processes
Oversee payroll, timekeeping, employee records, and benefits administration
Ensure labor law compliance (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and performance management systems
Coordinate with project and site managers for HR support in construction and site operations
Prepare reports and documentation for compliance audits and management reviews
Develop retention strategies, succession planning, and employee engagement programs
Oversee administrative functions such as office management, permits, and documentation
Directly reports to President
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 8-10 years of progressive HR and Admin experience.
Experience in construction, engineering industries preferred
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government compliance requirements
Proficient in payroll systems, HRIS, and MS Office
Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills
Willing to work in Pasig
