Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated HR and Admin Manager to oversee and lead the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administrative functions. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can strategize, execute, and supervise HR operations in both office and field-based construction environments.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, and disciplinary processes

  • Oversee payroll, timekeeping, employee records, and benefits administration

  • Ensure labor law compliance (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)

  • Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and performance management systems

  • Coordinate with project and site managers for HR support in construction and site operations

  • Prepare reports and documentation for compliance audits and management reviews

  • Develop retention strategies, succession planning, and employee engagement programs

  • Oversee administrative functions such as office management, permits, and documentation

  • Directly reports to President

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • At least 8-10 years of progressive HR and Admin experience.

  • Experience in construction, engineering industries preferred

  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government compliance requirements

  • Proficient in payroll systems, HRIS, and MS Office

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills

  • Willing to work in Pasig

  • Can start ASAP
