A leading company in the Philippines is looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy compliance. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management and have over 5 years of relevant experience. This role is critical in bridging management and staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing employee relations effectively.
Human Resource
Recruitment and Selection:
· Oversee job postings, interviews, and selection processes.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficient processing of applicants and staffing requirements.
· Conduct HR final screening and shortlist qualified candidates for interview endorsement with the requesting department.
· Negotiate job offers, salaries, and benefits in line with company policies and facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
· Handle the opening of ATM applications for newly recruited employees.
Employee Relations & Discipline:
· Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
· Address employee demands, grievances, or issues, acting as a bridge between management and staff.
· Conduct employee counseling sessions.
· Handle administrative employee cases, including investigations, suspensions, and terminations.
· Investigate employee issues and conflicts, aiming for resolution.
· Prepare notices, explanation letters, and decision letters in coordination with relevant department managers.
Performance Management & Training:
· Oversee performance evaluation processes.
· Ensure employees receive necessary training and comply with training requirements.
HR Policies, Compliance & Legal:
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
· Manage disciplinary actions and employee terminations as needed.
· Develop and improve the company’s code of conduct and HR policies aligned with organizational objectives.
· Implement company rules, regulations, and disciplinary procedures.
· Ensure fairness and legal compliance in disciplinary proceedings and terminations.
Administrative:
· Monitor and ensure timely renewal of permits and compliance with legal requirements.
· Handle office management and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology or Human Resource Management.
More than 5 years of experience as a Human Resource and Admin Manager.
Master's degree is an advantage.
