About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join VALLEY GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, INC.' as an HR/Admin Supervisor. As the HR/Admin Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the overall human resources and administrative operations of the company. With a full-time position based in Antipolo City Rizal, you will be an integral part of the HR team, ensuring efficient and effective HR processes and systems.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing and coordinating all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management

  • Managing the company's administrative duties, such as maintaining HR records, processing payroll, and handling employee inquiries

  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

  • Collaborating with the leadership team to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities

  • Monitoring and reporting on HR metrics to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR/Admin Supervisor role, preferably within the consulting or generalist HR industry

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels

  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation to support HR decision-making

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive, adaptable, and dedicated to continuously improving HR processes and systems

  • Willing to work in ANTIPOLO CITY
