Job summary

A leading chemical manufacturing firm located in Laguna is seeking an HR and Admin Manager with a competitive salary of up to Php 100,000. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR management along with knowledge of PEZA and DOLE regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing hiring processes, developing HR policies, and managing employee relations. Must be amenable to face-to-face interviews and to start work as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing hiring, onboarding, and exit processes for employees.
• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Managing employee relations, performance reviews, and resolving workplace issues.
• Administering employee benefits and payroll systems to ensure accuracy and timely disbursement.
