About the Opportunity:

GA HR Consultancy Inc., an accredited headhunter, executive search, and talent acquisition partner, is collaborating with a leading food manufacturing company based in Bulacan. We are seeking a seasoned HR & Admin Manager to lead the Shared Services department, which includes HR, Administration, and the IT Department.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee HR functions, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, while ensuring food safety compliance. Your leadership will directly contribute to optimizing the company’s HR and administrative operations in the food manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Management & Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts for manufacturing and operational roles, ensuring the right talent is sourced, onboarded, and retained.

  • Employee Relations & Performance Management: Foster a positive work culture by managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and driving performance management initiatives.

  • Administrative Operations: Oversee the smooth functioning of administrative operations, including office supplies, facilities management, and general support services.

  • IT Department Oversight: Manage the IT department to ensure the company’s technology infrastructure is secure, efficient, and able to meet business needs.

  • Food Safety Certifications Compliance: Ensure HR and administrative practices align with food safety certifications (HACCP, HALAL) and ensure staff are trained on compliance standards.

  • Payroll & Benefits Management: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Employee Engagement & Development: Develop programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, including food safety certification training.

  • Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure that all HR and administrative practices comply with local labor laws, food safety standards, and company policies.

  • Reporting & Metrics: Provide regular reports on recruitment, employee performance, and the efficiency of HR and administrative functions to senior management.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 5 years in HR management and administrative functions, with a strong focus on recruitment in the food manufacturing sector.

  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record in recruiting for food manufacturing or similar operational roles, ensuring timely and effective hires.

  • Food Safety Certification Knowledge: Familiarity with HACCP, HALAL, and other relevant food safety standards, with experience incorporating these into HR and administrative processes.

  • IT Department Management: Strong experience managing IT operations, ensuring the department supports day-to-day business functions.

  • Payroll & Benefits: Solid background in payroll management, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

  • Leadership & Communication Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive operational success.

  • Ability to Manage Multiple Functions: Capable of overseeing HR, admin, and IT functions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
