Job description

GENERAL/PRIMARY PURPOSE

The position is responsible for the implementation and application of the company’s policy and regulations; provides recruitment and administrative assistance to different Departments within the Company; processing and updating of employment data and company policy; provides clerical and documentation support to the H.R./Admin Head.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Does recruitment process from shortlisting, initial interview, administering of examinations and endorsing applicants to the requesting departments.
  • Prepares Job Descriptions necessary for Job Postings for online Job Ads such as, but not limited to JobStreet, Social Media, Indeed, etc.
  • Ensures that all applicants subject for hiring have submitted all necessary employment requirements.
  • Conducts orientation to newly hired employees and prepares identification card before deployment to the requesting department.
  • Revises and updates company policies and regulations to ensure that these are up-to-date and labor compliant.
  • Coordinates with the H.R./Admin Head for the approval of personnel requisition and policies and regulations.
  • Prepares notices, memos and other correspondences to ensure that concerned individual and departments are well informed and updated.
  • Responsible for employee discipline and issuance of Notice to Explain & Decision in coordination with the H.R./Admin Head and Project Manager.
  • Coordinates with Department Supervisors and Managers in terms of handing out penalties or punishments to erring employees.
  • Prepares and submits weekly recruitment and employee discipline reports to H.R./Admin Head.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related courses;
  • Knowledgeable and experience in Basic Labor Law, Recruitment & Selection, Employee Discipline, Payroll and DOLE Standards;
  • Basic or Functional and familiarity with MS Office App;
  • At least 1 year of experience in the same field.
