Overview
The Housing Documentation Officer is primarily responsible for the supervision of the completion of foreclosure documents and payment filing fee.
Duties and responsibilities
- Supervises the preparation of credit folders containing mandatory requirements for Extra-Judicial Foreclosure filing.
- Supervises timely downloading and printing of loan documents.
- Supervises timely collation of loan documents on assigned accounts.
- Ensure that approved strategies and processes are implemented accordingly
- Perform, implement and execute other responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree of any business-related course.
- With at least two years of experience in banking or related financial institutions preferably in the collection or recovery of past due loans.
- Can handle/manage a team.
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
