• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of guestrooms and public areas.
• Leads the housekeeping team to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Coaches and counsels staff and conducts performance reviews.
• Plans and monitors shift rosters and attendance.
• Ensures safety, hygiene and compliance with resort standards.
