Job Description
  1. Leadership skills – collaborative, enabling, and entrepreneurial.
  2. High level of confidence and strong interpersonal skills to handle all levels of communication with colleagues and guests.
  3. Handle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areas to service them.
  4. Actively participate in daily briefing, warm-up, and department meetings.
  5. Ensure Room Attendants are informed daily about VIPs, extras – priority in their section.
  6. Ensure checkout rooms are returned in a timely manner.
  7. Verify rooms with Privacy Please indicators and coordinate make-up with Room Attendants.
Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
Service-focused personality is essential.
Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
