Overview

Housekeeping Supervisor roles across multiple locations in the General Trias and Ayala Alabang areas. This position is responsible for leading housekeeping teams, ensuring cleanliness and operational efficiency in line with company standards.

Housekeeping Team Lead – Responsibilities (example responsibilities across centers)

• Supervise and monitor daily housekeeping operations across assigned centers
• Conduct regular inspections of treatment rooms, stockrooms, hallways, pantry, and other areas
• Coordinate with Property Engineers for equipment/facility issues and repairs
• Ensure timely reporting and resolution of incidents, equipment issues, and supply concerns
• Support the development and implementation of housekeeping training programs
• Maintain inventory and manage the usage of linens, cleaning materials, and equipment
• Uphold and promote the company’s standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role in housekeeping or facilities management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites/centers
• Willing to travel as needed across company branches
