Job summary

The Peninsula Manila is seeking a passionate Hotel Technician to maintain high standards of facility operations and guest satisfaction in Makati City. You will inspect, repair, and maintain hotel equipment, guest rooms, and public areas to ensure smooth operations and comfort for guests.

Ideal candidates have technical certification or education in electrical/mechanical trades, 2–5 years of relevant experience, and strong building systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• Technical certification or formal education in electrical or mechanical trades.

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Hotel Technician who will be responsible in maintaining high standards of facility operations and guest satisfaction. In this role, He/She will ensure that all hotel equipment, guest rooms, and public areas are kept in excellent working condition through regular inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs. The ideal candidate should be a proactive team player with strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and the flexibility to respond to maintenance emergencies when needed.

General Requirements

• Technical Certification or Relevant Education. Has a Training about Electrical or Mechanical course
• Minimum 2-5 Years of Relevant Experience
• Strong Knowledge of Building Systems. Proficient in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, fire protection, and preventive maintenance systems
• Excellent Troubleshooting and Repair Skills. Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues with minimal disruption to hotel operations and guest comfort
• Has a Guest Service Orientation
