Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Must be a Registered Nurse (PRC Licensed) with a valid PRC ID.
• At least 1–2 years of nursing experience; hotel/resort/corporate setting is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledgeable in first aid, emergency response, and occupational health.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical assistance to employees and guests.
• Monitor employee health, maintain medical records, and coordinate medical examinations.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls through the hotel's telephone/PBX system.
• Relay messages and direct calls to appropriate departments promptly and professionally.
• Respond to emergency calls and coordinate with appropriate personnel.
• Maintain medical supplies and telephone logs, as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and service excellence.
