Responsibilities

• Admin and report MarComm activities; manage budgets, prepare reports, and coordinate with department heads and the M&C chain.
• Build relationships with local and international media, agencies, and community groups to enhance the hotel's reputation.
• Promote offers and services while ensuring consistency with the M&C brand image.
• Generate publicity for the hotel and its services, including rooms, banquets, and F&B.
• Support revenue-generating teams in pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Assist in crisis management to present the hotel as proactive, responsible, and reputable.
