Responsibilities

• Delivers administrative support to the Housekeeping Department (typing, filing, photocopying, data compilation).
• Maintains a secure, up-to-date filing system (manual/electronic).
• Answers incoming calls professionally and promptly.
• Assists Housekeeping leadership to organize activities and tasks.
• Ensures all areas of responsibility are clean and orderly.
