Job summary

Dusit Thani Hotel in Laguna, Philippines, seeks an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold excellence across all guest rooms, public areas, and linen rooms. You will lead Room Attendants, Supervisors and Linen Room staff, reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, and ensuring training and key controls are strictly followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in supervisory Housekeeping role in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5 star class environment.
• Excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented and possess pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes excellence in the Housekeeping Department for all assigned areas.
• Supervises Room Attendants, Floor Supervisors, Public Area Supervisors, Public Area Attendants and Linen Room.
• In the absence of the Executive Housekeeper, assists and leads the Housekeeping Department.
• Maintains high standards for Front-of-House public areas and guest rooms.
• Ensures proper training and key controls; conducts inventories and audits as per SOP.
