Job summary

Shangri-La The Fort, Manila is seeking a Chief Engineer to ensure the safe, efficient operation of the plant and machinery within the Horizon Homes complex. You will manage, coach and supervise engineering technicians, and organize records for future planning.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of international hotel experience, a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and strong English communication skills. A proactive, team-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international hotel or similar capacity.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Knowledge of major hotel plant equipment (boilers, chillers, generators).
• Fluent in written and spoken English preferred.
• Outgoing, people-oriented, initiative and professional values.
