About the role

This full-time Host Server role at Cutt and Grill, Zirconia Inc' in Aseana Paranaque City Metro Manila will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing the dining room workflow, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all customers. As the face of the restaurant, this role plays a vital part in achieving Zirconia's mission to provide top-quality hospitality and service.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Seat guests and present menus, answering any questions about the dining options

• Assist servers in delivering excellent customer service

• Manage the flow of the dining room and ensure tables are promptly cleaned and reset

• Provide information about the restaurant, its menu, and any promotions or events

• Respond to customer requests and address any issues or concerns promptly

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the dining area

• Collaborate with the kitchen and serving teams to ensure efficient and timely service

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a host, greeters or front-of-house staff in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
