Job summary

Costa Solana Resort and Leisure Park Inc. is seeking a Cost Controller to manage food and beverage cost control, inventory management, and purchasing procedures at our Pagbilao, Quezon property. The role requires hands-on experience with inventory counts, stock reconciliations, and strong analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in cost accounting within hospitality, proficient Excel skills, and familiarity with PMS and POS systems. Willingness to relocate to Pagbilao is a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as Cost Controller or in cost accounting, preferably in a hotel or resort.
• Knowledgeable of food and beverage cost control, inventory management, and purchasing procedures.
• Experience in inventory counts and stock reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting or inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS and POS systems.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, and variance reporting.
• Understanding of internal controls and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to relocate to Pagbilao, Quezon.
