You will assist with LOA and LOA-related requests, verify medical and insurance documentation, and maintain accurate records of transactions while providing updates to members on benefits and coverage.

Qualifications

• Coordinate with patients, hospitals, doctors, and HMOs on member concerns.
• Assist with LOA/LOA-related requests, approvals, and documentation.
• Facilitate processing and verification of medical/insurance requirements.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure timely service.
• Monitor pending requests, approvals, and patient concerns.
• Maintain records and reports of transactions and requests.
• Provide updates to members on HMO benefits and coverage.
