Job summary

AvantePH is seeking a Designer / Creative Assistant for Home Decor to support the design team from concept development to sample production. You will help create new home decor concepts and coordinate creative processes across multiple projects.

Responsibilities include developing mood boards, trend research, preparing line sheets and presentations, and assisting with tech packs and supplier coordination to align with design direction.

Qualifications

• Graduate with design-related degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong eye for color, styling, and home trends.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to collaborate in a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating new home decor concepts from concept to prototype.
• Develop mood boards, color palettes, and seasonal themes.
• Prepare visual presentations, line sheets, and sample collections for reviews.
• Support selection of materials, fabrics, and finishes under supervision.
• Create basic tech packs for suppliers and production teams.
• Coordinate with design/merchandising for approvals and samples.
