The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Web & Content Designer designs and maintains all aspects of our front-end client e-commerce websites. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to support the design, maintenance, and enhancement of front-end e-commerce websites. This role is responsible for building and updating CSS for various store types, supporting internal communications through content publishing, and coordinating web and design schedules with cross-functional teams. The Web Designer will collaborate closely with developers and content teams to ensure seamless functionality, while also assisting in store-related projects and graphic design requests.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Design and maintain all aspects of front-end client e-commerce websites.

  • CSS build for all stores (new, mini, reward, login, etc.)

  • Assist in maintaining and content publishing of internal communications channels.

  • Monitor and maintain schedule for all web and design work with various internal stakeholders

  • Work with Developer & content team to facilitate maintenance of technical aspects of site.

  • Assists with projects for store and art requests.

  • Traditional design expertise for digital, print, social, and communications materials like proposals, leadership presentations, and templates, while adhering to corporate brand standards.

  • Able to create and manage web content using a content management system (CMS).

  • Understanding of web design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.

  • High degree of computer literacy: experience working with front end coding languages (HTML, CSS, etc.) and frameworks, web design, Adobe XD, and code editors.

  • Advanced use of design software within Adobe Creative suite especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver.

  • Proficient with tools Microsoft Suite such PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook

  • Direct experience producing, writing, and managing e-commerce content.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work and communicate effectively with multiple departments.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within an existing content/design team

  • An enthusiastic commitment to attention to detail in enhancing the customer experience.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to stay highly organized are required. You should be a self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, and perform multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.

  • The ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities and meet deadlines

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Web Design, Media Arts, Interactive Media, or similar

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital visual design for marketing and ECommerce. Portfolio of work with experience in digital marketing, with a love for content creation, digital design, and photography.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

  • Technical Skills:

    • A desire & ability to drive innovation, both in digital design and processes

    • Experience in external third-party content & data e-form building tools such as JotForm & Cognito Forms o Experience in responsive and mobile design.

  • Experience with CSS and HTML design

  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic graphic design o Experience with DSLR camera photography

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: Php 65,000 - Php 75,000
