DCX PH Inc. is hiring a Home Based Sales Assistant to support our United States client base from the Philippines. The role is full-time, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM USA time, Monday to Friday, with a focus on customer service, order processing, proposals, and coordination with internal teams.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a strong communicator, details-oriented, and comfortable using multiple software tools. prior promo industry or marketing/e-commerce experience is preferred.

• Create Proposals/Quotes/Opportunities
• Locating Tracking Numbers for samples
• Checking Inventory
• Getting Shipping Estimates
• Order Entry
• Requesting Virtuals
• Storing files and Artwork
• Communicating with our internal team on order status should a client ask
• Sending Proofs to Clients
• Sending Artwork to our Art team to prepare proofs
• Sending Proofs to Clients
• Creating Presentations in Canva/marketing boards/ powerpoint as needed
• Providing general day to day customer service to clients and vendors
• Providing executive assistant support as needed
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
