DCX is seeking a Home-Based Accounting Specialist to support a US hospitality client. You will handle AP/AR, invoicing, collections, and financial record maintenance in QuickBooks and Syncore. Strong English communication and a detail-oriented, reliable remote worker are essential.

The role requires 3–5 years in general accounting and flexibility to work PH graveyard or US hours. Salary PHP 35,000–37,500 monthly.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years of general accounting experience or equivalent.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in PH time or US hours.
• Proficiency with MS Office, databases, and accounting software.
• Experience with Excel, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
• CPA or CMA is a plus but not required.

We are looking for a Home-Based Accounting Specialist to join a growing U.S.-based company in the hospitality industry. In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, invoice management, client billing, collections, financial record maintenance, and transaction processing.

You will work closely with clients, vendors, internal departments, and the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records, timely processing of transactions, and efficient resolution of accounting-related issues.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

Accounting Expertise : Strong knowledge of accounting principles, with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial reporting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Accounts Payable

• Enter all invoices into Syncore system and/or QuickBooks
• Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow

Accounts Receivable

• Invoice all clients upon order completion
• Make collection contacts on a routine basis
• Issue past-due notices and statements
• Royalty entry and submissions
• Assist with year-end financial statements
• Ensure efficient and accurate posting of transactions
• Any other tasks assigned by the Executive Team

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of General Accounting experience or equivalent.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software.
• Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks. (required)
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
• Maintaining high accuracy in financial records and attention to detail in every aspect of the job.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus but not required.
