• Computer literate.

• Verify patient coverages and HMO details.
• Assist patients at the window for inquiries related to consultations and procedures.
• Verify patient member status.
• Call HMO providers for outpatient approvals and inquiries.
• Update doctors’ leave or vacation status.
• Answer telephone inquiries related to HMO concerns.
• Verify available doctors per schedule at the information department.
• Check availability of forms per HMO provider and coordinate requests.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to process LOA requests.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors.
