The Paramount Medical Center in Batangas City is seeking an entry-level Health Insurance Member Support specialist to assist members with inquiries and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure coverage accuracy.

You will maintain records of member interactions and claims, participate in training, and contribute to a team that improves service delivery and member satisfaction. A bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are preferred.
