Job summary

This role is focused on recruitment and candidate acquisition, not general HR admin. You will handle multiple vacancies, build pipelines, and meet targets, with onboarding and campaigns as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, or related roles is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and recruitment potential may be considered.
• Good English and Filipino communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through various channels including Bossjob and social media.
• Review resumes and identify candidates matching job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assess fit and availability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Endorse qualified candidates for the next stage of recruitment.
• Maintain applicant records and recruitment trackers.
• Build candidate pipelines for high-volume hiring.
• Meet sourcing, screening, interview, endorsement, and hiring targets.
