Job summary

Everglow AI is seeking a highly motivated Volume Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in the Philippines. You will manage high-volume hiring, source and screen candidates, and endorse top fits while maintaining a positive candidate experience and meeting targets.

You will handle multiple requisitions, coordinate with hiring managers, and build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future needs, ensuring smooth recruitment operations and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years recruitment experience, preferably in BPO/Shared Services/RPO or high-volume hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring across multiple projects and units.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, databases and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.
• Endorse qualified candidates and manage candidate pipelines.
• Maintain regular candidate communication and provide timely feedback to ensure a positive experience.
• Conduct follow-ups to improve interview attendance and offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track key metrics (applications, time-to-fill, offer acceptance).
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation.
